The blue screen had writing on it, but it was only up for less than half a second so I had no chance of reading it. I'm a newbie here, but can't resist jumping into the fray. However everytime I turn the computer on it starts to boot fine until I get to the page that says (Windows IS Now Loading) and then ti freezes up and will Bought new RAM and got the same response.
