Empty Dvd Shows Full?!?!?


Don't know what happened but would certainly appreciate some help with what my gut feeling tells me is something pretty simple to remedy. Is this a bug in the way the disc was burned? I'm trying to write to the blank dvd but it won't let me because it is reading it as full. It shows as no files yet written but shows disk full under the properties General tab.
