The drive is a LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1H and I cannot find any indication that there is any driver or other software that could be a problem. Locate, and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-
