Please try the request again. I tried the command action with the disk in and it performed some kind of check and then closed without telling me whether anything was wrong or not. Be sure to adhere to our posting rules. Source then it is either a windows problem or the burner is failing.
Power down your system Once the system is down hold down the eject button on the drive and hit the power button to power back up.
